A passion for paddle making
My passion for the environment is the reason I began making paddles. The sound of a paddle softly entering the water, guiding a canoe across a beautiful lake or down a tranquil river, changes one’s perspective on the world, bringing peace, calm and a deep appreciation for the wild.
I create paddles in the hope of bringing my passion for nature to others. Each paddle created at SpiritTree Paddle Company is one-of-a-kind, carved by hand using native species, with each piece of wood bringing its own spirit to the creation.
